Chicken with Mixed Peppers Recipe

This is a delightfully colourful dish, which can be prepared in no time at all.

Ingredients:
60ml peanut or vegetable oil
5 cloves of garlic
300g of chicken breast - thinly sliced
3 peppers - 1 green, 1 red, and 1 yellow
1 red chilli - sliced
50g onion - sliced
1 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
50g of fresh basil

Method:
First chop up the peppers into thin strips. Heat up the wok on high heat with the oil. Fry the garlic, onion, and the chicken pieces. When the chicken is almost cooked add the peppers and the chilli.

Next add the remainder of the ingredients one by one, with basil last. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the wok and serve immediately with some rice.
